XL Black Jacket with Ruffled Bottom

Unbranded black jacket with netted ruffles bottom. Ruffled bottom is attached to jacket and is not removable. Jacket is labeled as XL will fit a women’s petite size 10-12 person. Closure is zippered with silver colored zipper. Length of zipper is approx. 14 inches. Length of a sleeve is approx 23.5 inches. Wrist is approx 3 inches unstretched. Length of netted ruffles from bottom of jacket to bottom of ruffles is approx. 30 inches. Length from top of front of shoulder to bottom of jacket is approx 18 inches. Length from top of a shoulder to bottom of the garment (to bottom of ruffled part of garment) is approx. 45 inches. Length from one shoulder to the other in the front of the garment is about 18 inches. Measurement around closed bottom of the jacket (waist area unstretched out) is approx 33 inches. The pocket on the upper right side of the jacket is faux just a flap with a silver colored button. Made of 35% cotton and 65% polyester. Bustier not included (in a separate listing).
