GOURMET knives feature a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. The GOURMET 5" Spreader Knife smoothly cuts and spreads butter and other condiments such as jam, peanut butter and mayo. The knife features a serrated section that cuts through breads, cheese, fruits and vegetables.
