Vintage Snow White and the Seven Dwarves Studio Book

More than 400 of the original drawings, sketches, & paintings used in preparing the 1937 film, together w/ the classic tale, present a history of the creation of Disney’s first full-length animated feature. Each page contains illustrations from the actual art work used in the production of the motion picture. The story is told in text & images over 8 chapters, w/ additional notes at the end about the illustrations & the making of the film. Published in 1979 by the Viking Press.

This rare collector’s item is absolutely amazing. I gasped when I first saw it. This is a large, heavy book, & the pictures don’t do the beauty of the illustrations justice. It is also close to 50 years old, and shows signs of age on the covers, in the form of some cracking, dings, etc. The top edge of the textblock/ pages show minor brown spotting (pic 10.) The bottom edge is stamped. Pls examine the pics closely, as they are part of the description. This is a must-have for any vintage Disney fan.
