This is a green/blue/white plaid hat made by Ginger Propper for Two Blondes New York. I would have bet everything that it's from the 90s. I loved all kinds of hats, and these beret/ multi-style hats were definitely fun to have in my wardrobe... but I looked up the brand, and there was another one listed as being from the 1960s. I think they might be confused by the style, perhaps. It doesn't stretch. The circumference is 22.5 inches, and the hat is made in the USA. If you have any questions, I'll try to answer them. I added some photos of the different ways I used to wear it. Black silk lining with a classic plaid exterior. It's a pretty rad blast from the past ❤️ No flaws... just a few wrinkles that could be starched out if you really wanted to make the edges perfect
