How to Set the Deadset Mole Trap

The Victor Deadset Mole Trap is incredibly easy to use. Simply follow these six easy steps to get started.

• Prior to treatment, determine which tunnels are active by poking a 1" hole in the raised earth into the tunnel. If the hole is resealed in 24 hours, the tunnel is active.
• After identifying active burrows, water the active area thoroughly.
• Press down on the raised earth with your foot to collapse the roof.
• Then, press the trap into the softened ground. Use the foot pegs to set the trap firmly in place.
• Raise and lower the handle until the spears move freely through the ground.
• With feet on the foot pegs, raise the handle to set the trap.
