Purchased recently from Rakuten Books.
I was interested and bought it, but I only flipped through a few pages.
The amount of information on chocolate manufacturing is overwhelming, and I felt that my level of knowledge about chocolate wasn't quite up to par, so I decided to list it for sale.
I think this would be a very good book for anyone aiming to become a chocolatier.
It can be considered unread, as I only checked it.
However, there seem to be some slight scratches.
Perhaps due to stocking or shipping, it's been there since I bought it.
