This is a small, vintage, blue stained slag glass Tiffany-style table lamp.
The lamp features a handcrafted shade made from individual pieces of blue glass.
The base appears to be a silver- or bronze-tone metal, a candlestick design.
The lamp operates with a 7 ft. corded electric power source and a rotary thumb wheel switch on the cord.
There is damage to one of the panels at the very top of the lamp as shown in pictures 5, 6 and 7 and the last two photos as well
