Sirui Alien Series Suction Cup Mounting Kit

The Alien Series Suction Cup Mounting Kit from Sirui includes a suction cup mount, a smartphone clamp, and an articulating magic arm. Built using temperature-resistant nitrile rubber, the suction cup mount adheres to most flat surfaces using an air pump vacuum and can support up to 3.31 pounds. It also has four 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching accessories, such as a light or microphone. The smartphone clamp fits devices 2.3 to 3.7" wide and has an Arca-Swiss base that may be attached to a tripod, plus three additional 1/4"-20 threaded holes, which may be also used to attach accessories. These 1/4"-20 threads may also be used to attach the smartphone clamp to the 1/4"-20 threaded screw on the articulating arm. Also featured is 360° rotation.

Strong Suction Force

Squeeze out the air by pushing the inflation valve to enhance its suction force without ruining the surface it's on. The suction cup is abrasion resistant and its nitrile rubber construction can withstand temperatures ranging from -4 to 212°F.

Inflation

Firmly press the suction cup onto a smooth surface. Continuously push the inflation valve until the white line enters the pump. To release the suction cup from the surface it's mounted on, press the deflation blocks on both sides of the mount.

• Make sure the surface is flat, clean, and stable, and that the suction cup mount is intact and clean

• Make sure that the white line completely enters the pump

• When using it in static situations, check whether the white line is still in the pump every 4 hours

• When shooting while driving, especially when it is mounted to your car's exterior, Sirui recommends a maximum load 1.1 pounds, as well as the use of a safety rope. Also, check whether the white line is still in the pump every 2 hours

360° Flexible Adjustment

Two ball heads are designed for flexible angle adjustments and may be locked with one knob.

Various Mounting Points

There are four 1/4"-20 threaded holes in the suction cup mount and one 1/4"-20 screw at the top of the articulating magic arm, so various accessories may be attached.

Includes Smartphone Clamp

The included smartphone clamp may be rotated when it needs to be loosened or tightened. It supports smartphones ranging from 2.3 to 3.7" wide. The smartphone clamp also has three 1/4"-20 threaded holes that may be attached to the 1/4"-20 threaded screw on the articulating arm, plus an Arca-Swiss base for use with tripods.
