Designer KOJI SHIMIZU went to America in 1993 and, after working as a buyer for local shops, founded the popular brand TENDERLOIN in 1998 with five Japanese creators including Mr. Henmi and Mr. Nishimura.
After becoming independent, he worked on graphics for brands such as "Stussy" and "UNDEFEATED" and established his own brand "SEVENTY FOUR" in 2004.
From 2007, he moved his base of operations to Tokyo.
The style is inspired by original, timeless, and tough vintage clothes and workwear.
