Please treat your decision to purchase as a final sale. Any requests for a return will be granted solely at our discretion and only for extenuating circumstances. Buyers must contact us within three (3) days after the date of delivery for a return authorization. If granted, the return must be shipped fully insured with return postage paid by the buyer. If granted, the original purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be refunded. A refund will be issued ONLY if the watch arrives in the same condition, and with all accessories, as initially shipped. Refunds cannot be provided for watches returned without prior authorization. All international sales are FINAL.
