This wanna-be wallet is basically a purse insert for cards. 3rd pic shows what it looks like from a cop's POV while you're pulled over for having a headlight out. 4th pic shows what this one-of-a-kind wallet looks like while full of cards that all carry a balance of zilch (zero, nada dollas) that will each decline when you try to buy said headlight.
