This is a square, cut crystal decanter marked Royal Doulton. It is the Juno pattern from 1988. It is marked as shown. Assuming this is the Spirit Decanter, it has the wrong stopper. The included stopper is a tiny bit too narrow and has a little of wiggle room.
The decanter measures 3 7/8 inches across each side. It is 7.25 inches tall and 8.75 inches to the top of the included stopper. It is about 5.25 inches deep.
The decanter is marked Royal Doulton England.
It has no chips, cracks, or other damage and is clean with no water spots.
