This is a beautiful vintage 10 carat yellow gold ring with center square cut ruby and diamond accents on either side. It originally belonged to a grandparent and I have no idea where they got it from but I ended up inheriting it. It's size 7¼ & markings are 10K and what looks like a heart to me. Ring is in very good condition and Ruby is in perfect condition w/ no scratches, marks, chips etc. thanks
