The item being offered is a Vintage Ridgeway Indian Tree Oval Platter. This pattern was created by the Coalport China Co in 1801 and was very popular. Ridgeway produced many patterned china pieces and the latter part of the 19th century saw Ridgeway's popularity boom. The back of the platter states genuine Hand engraving by Ridgeway of Staffordshire England.
This pattern is called Indian Tree and has splashes of burgundy and green. This platter is in excellent condition and will make a great addition to your collection.
