Made in the USA.
This set consists of 8 semi moist paint disks. Most of the paint wells have the original plastic covering but a couple are missing. Some of the paint still seems pretty moist but some has dried out more. The red tray has a crack on the top left edge.
Overall size of the tray is 10.25" x 9.75"
