This is the 17L Assault Pack, ELEMENT DAY PACK, from RED ROCK Outdoor Gear, a manufacturer of tactical and outdoor gear.
I have used it about three times for camping.
It's a 17L mid-capacity pack packed with features that are easy to use outdoors, such as a main storage compartment that can be opened completely flat, internal pockets, and a MOLLE system for attaching utility pouches.
I purchased it at a military shop.
I don't see any dirt or scratches, but it has a slight campfire smell.
The smell has faded considerably after hand washing, so I think you can use it comfortably like new if you wash it well.
