RARE Antique Delft Blue Candelabra Windmill Ship Marked P.F. Style Earthenware

The is a rare and delicate Porcelain Fles/Royal Delft blue/white candelabra crafted in 1903 in the Netherlands.
The primary artist, van Baarsel, signature on the left, indicating that he painted the scene. The secondary artist, Dijkman on the right, painted the surroundings. This was common on large chargers of this era; the primary painted the scene and the secondary painted the border.

Decoration: Hand-painted with the iconic Delft Blue motifs. The central cartouche displays a finely detailed Dutch maritime scene featuring a sailboat and windmills on the horizon. The surrounding body is richly decorated with classic Delft floral and scrolling patterns.

The base features a hand-painted blue mark consistent with 20th-century Dutch earthenware, including what appears to be a model number (23/25) and possible factory/painter codes like "P.F." and a monogram. "P.F." often references De Porceleyne Fles (Royal Delft) or a contemporary studio working in a similar high-quality style.
