Set of 5. Blades are precision-forged from a single piece of steel, hardened to 58° Rockwell, with surface hardness increased to 104° Rockwell by a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating. Laser-controlled precision sharpening ensures long-lasting sharpness. Moisture-beading, water-repellent properties create a smooth, low-friction slicing experience. Full bolster with finger guard for safety and balance. Non-slip Hexagon Power Grip reinforced with glass fiber for secure handling. Includes 3.5" paring knife, 8" chef’s knife, 7" Santoku, 9" double-serrated bread knife, and 7-slot aluminum knife block. Made in Germany.
