This PAT MCGRATH EYESHADOW PALETTE TRIO will be packaged with extreme care because I want you to receive it in great condition. HOWEVER, please remember I have no control over how carriers treat items once they leave my home. I also have no control over shipping speed once the item is dropped off, so please do not give a low rating due to shipping time (it's frustrating for me as well). I do ship quickly, usually same or next day (excluding weekends/holidays). If you have any issues, please msg me and I'll do my best to figure it out!
