This was a prize mini figure that could be won from the HappyKuji Persona 3 the Movie: #1 Spring of Birth, released only in Japan. It has Mitsuru in a cute chibi form!
This also comes with her Arcana tarot card, the Empress. This comes in four parts: the figure, the base, the back pole, and the card.
The figure is about 4 inches in height.
The figure is brand new, still in its plastic wrapping and with the original packaging box. The photos is how it looks unboxed.
