This is a gun belt from Sig Sauer Gear Company, not sold in Japan.
Made of stiff nylon fabric, this belt won't sag even with equipment attached.
The buckle is made of brass and is a professional specification that does not interfere with a compass. Although it's a size S, it measures about 85 cm to the middle hole, and can cover up to 95 cm when used at its largest.
It seems to be recommended gear by former PJ members.
