This is a multicam fabric TAC vest.
I bought it after seeing a picture of a military figure from over 10 years ago wearing this vest and equipped with a bandolier.
I think it's not something that's widely available.
The size is S-Regular, but it can be adjusted significantly with the side straps and the internal cord.
It has one pocket on each chest, one on each side, one hydration pocket on the back, MOLLE on the front, and diagonal MOLLE on both sides.
