Doll is in great shape as well as the bed. It is missing some accessories. Curtain has a few snags. Biggest thing to note is that it does have a smoke smell. It is not horrible, but it is there.
Bed will need some more cleaning and in the last photo, I am pointing to a spot that I believe is sticky residue.
Bed will come disassembled.
