These are denim easy pants from the "Modified" line of Maison Mihara Yasuhiro.

The black denim (sumi-kuro - a dark, charcoal black) has a vintage finish, and features playful digital graphic tags and leather back pockets, which are characteristic of Mihara.

The waist is easy to adjust with elastic and a drawstring, and the hem also has a drawcord, allowing you to adjust the silhouette and wear them like balloon pants.
