This was a presentation gift. Took it back to the jewellers where it was purchased from. They fitted a new battery on 5 August this year. On seeing the watch they said it was in "immaculate" condition. It's never been worn. I've wrapped the cushion pad in clingfilm as it is disintegrating, jewellers told me this is common. Not sure I've given the correct "size" but happy to answer any questions or supply more photos.
