I had a few links taken out professionally because I have a small wrist. I still have them so they are included when you buy the watch.
It needs new batteries. You can go to any jewelry store and they can replace them for you and put the links back in for next to nothing.
The person didn’t charge me but I gave them a tip. I don’t know if things have changed since then.
