From Danner's US distribution line, the "Patrol" model is actually worn by American police and special forces SWAT teams. Using the same 650 last as the Danner Light, it's a 6-inch high lace-up boot with an upper that combines full-grain leather and 1000-denier Cordura nylon, offering both light weight and high durability. The lining is 100% waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex. Each pair is handcrafted using Danner's unique stitch-down construction. The outsole is Vibram , used in military boots. It's thicker and more substantial than the Danner Light's Kletterlift sole.
