Sadly none of my jewelry would fit and I couldn't figure another use.
It has heft to it. It feels like metal on the textured parts. The other silver parts feel a bit more cheap. Inside feels like a usual jewelry box interior, with the velvet. It opens from the top.
Please look at the first picture, just note there is a weird cut out piece on the top, on the right side border. Make sure you're okay with that. It does seem to be a part of the design.
