Brand new, I got these last year and ordered the wrong size on accident... it was too much of a hassle to send them back so I kept them lol
I'm a size 7.5 to 8, these are probably 8.5 to 9.5 They say 40 on the bottom. They are pretty nicely made, thin laces but you can replace them, nice chunky heel but not heavy ! Cool badahh boots
