A really lovely subtle sparkly Navy dress. Great for an occasion. Worn On a cruise. I altered the shoulders slightly see photo as they seemed very long. I am 5ft 3.5 inches and I wore the dress with a 2.5 inch heel. The material has plenty of give and it's generous size so would easily fit both sizes . Marked as a 16 but ideal for 16 or 18 I was 18 when I wore it on cruise. You could add a sparkly belt as there is elastication on waist. Selling price reflects alteration. This dress is still for sale in Klass. .
