iPad mini 2 16GB body only.
It is treated as junk due to the following two issues, the cause of which is unknown to me:
* The screen flickers? It looks like the photos 10 and 11. There seems to be no problem with operation.
* Cannot connect to Wi-Fi. (Does not turn ON)
The OS is 12.5.7.
Because I was using a cover and film, there are no noticeable scratches, but there are circular marks around the Apple mark on the back due to the cover being on for a long time.
