| Buy American Compliant The Magnalight BLG-LED-4 Intrinsically Safe LED Blasting Gun Light has a 4 watt LED that produces 90 lumens of intense LEDillumination and is designed for extreme durability in media blasting applications. This powerful LED light is designed to be mountedto any standard blasting gun and is battery powered so no cords or transformers are necessary. Blasting Gun NOT Included withthis LED light. This light will run for 80+ hours on a single set of 3-AA alkaline batteries. A specially designed mounting system andquick change protective shield allows operators to use this unit as a blasting gun mounted light source that will stand up to abusiveuse. This LED blasting gun light features a specially designed mounting system which allows the unit to be attached to the end of any standardblasting gun. This mount includes all neccessary mounting hardware and a protective lens cover that can be removed and replaced even whenwearing gloves. This protective lens is a simple slide in, slide out configuration that allows operators to pull the lens out and slide a new one in asthe lens is worn out by exposure to blasting materials such as coal slag, sand and baking soda. This lens is constructed of tempered glass fordurability and is held in place by a spring loaded fastener. A slot in the bottom of the lens holder allows particles to clear when performing lenschanges. | ||||||

The high intensity LED in this lightproduces 90 lumens and has a lifetime of 30,000 hours. A rubber push button switch provides easy operation and a highly durable nylon housingprovides excellent resistance to damage from impacts and vibrations. This unit is watertight and able to withstand the rigors of aggressive andheavy duty use applications. Compared to typical gun mounted blasting lights, this compact LED unit is light weight, offers freedom fromelectrical cords, and produces much brighter and intense illumination than comparable incandescent lights.
