This is a beautiful, intricately detailed solid silver spoon from Howard Sterling Co. which was in business until 1901. On the oar shaped handle, you will find a crossed fishing rod and rifle and the words FOREST AND STREAM . On the bowl of the spoon there is an embossed image of an elk with big beautiful antlers and a mountain scene. On the back, there is the Howard Sterling Co. flower signature and STERLING. The spoon weighs 27.5 g and measures almost 6". It is in BEAUTIFUL vintage condition with only some tarnish and light scratches. (Bin#MSP1)
