Ridding the exterior of your home of stains caused by mildew, mold and algae doesn’t have to be a big project.  Mold Armor E-Z House Wash cleans exterior mildew, mold and algae stains fast, with no scrubbing.
It’s this easy: just apply with a garden sprayer, roller, tank sprayer or sponge, wait 10 minutes and rinse well.  For heavy stains and soil, often found on the north side of structures, use at full strength.  For typical stains, just dilute 1-part of E-Z House Wash with 3-parts water to cover 2,000 square feet.

E-Z House Wash Gallon
 Important: Carefully read all directions, notes and conditions prior to use.  Test on an inconspicuous area before using.  Wear eye protection and rubber gloves during use.  Formula may stain clothes and shoes – dress appropriately.
Surface Preparation: Use formula at full strength for tough stains or dilute with 3 parts water, one part formula for typical stains and dirt.  Apply with a garden sprayer, roller or sponge.  Do not use a high power pressure washer to apply.

Directions:

1. Spray surrounding plants with water before and after use.  2. Start from the bottom and work upwards.  Wait 5 minutes.  3 Rinse well with water.  Heavy stains and textured surfaces may require light scrubbing and a second application.  4. Store the unused portion in a safe location, out of reach of children.

• What is the best way to apply E-Z House Wash?
  For best results, we recommend applying a light, even application using a pump-up, garden type sprayer. Do not use a high-powered pressure washer since it can damage many exterior surfaces.

• Do I dilute the E-Z House Wash formula?
  For typical stains and dirt, dilute 3 parts water with 1 part E-Z House Wash. For heavier stains and soil like those found on the north side of your house use at full strength.

• Do I need to scrub the surface when using the E-Z House Wash?
  E-Z House Wash is formulated to remove stains caused by mold and mildew without scrubbing.

• What is the coverage area for one gallon of E-Z House Wash?
  When diluted - 1 part E-Z House Wash to 3 parts water - 1 gallon will cover approximately 2,000 sq. ft. If used without diluting the formula, 1 gallon will cover approximately 250-300 square feet.

• Will E-Z House Wash affect my plants and shrubs?
  When used as directed, E-Z House Wash has no effect on plants. (Pre-wet plants with water before and after application.)
