| The Larson Electronics HAL-ATEX-STRB-RWF Hazardous Location LED Beacon is a safe alternative to traditional pyrotechnic flares for use in hazardous locations. This lightweight indicator flare is battery powered and features a 360° beam configuration. Constructed of ABS plastic and polycarbonate, the ATEX-rated LED lamp is waterproof, dustproof and mounts seamlessly via clips. The HAL-ATEX-STRB-RWF provides powerful signaling in explosive work sites and facilities. This unit is powered by four, AA batteries, which offers 20+ hours of use. Eight high intensity LEDs provide a beam distance up to 3/4 of a mile. Equipped with a flash rate of 165-185 fpm, the indicator flare features a 360° beam configuration and two operational modes (flashing/steady on). The ATEX-rated LED lamp is extremely lightweight and is offered in the following colors: blue, green, white, red or amber. The hazardous location emergency LED beacon is constructed of ABS plastic, with a polycarbonate fresnel lens. This portable safety device is waterproof up to 100 feet and dustproof. Capable of surviving a 3-foot drop, the unit is designed for Class I, Division 2; Zone 2 and ATEX-rated environments. The lime-yellow casing ensures maximum detection of the device during use. Mount: The ATEX-rated indicator flare is equipped with two clips and eyelets for portable mounting on belts, ropes, cones, signs and lines.
