| The EPF-10P.3-220V-SW-KT-30 from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Electric In-line Axial Fan with 30 feet of static conductive duct that is UL and CUL listed and safely and effectively redirects stale air from hazardous location areas. This fan comes with complete components (duct, saddle, carrier and elbow connection) and is designed for portability. The EPF-10P.3-220V-SW-KT-30 is ATEX/IECEx approved and can be linked in series when larger lengths of conductive duct are needed. *NOTE: Explosion Proof Fans can be used as an intake and as an exhaust fan.* The EPF-10P.3-220V-SW-KT-30 meets UL and Canadian UL safety ratings for Class I Division 1, Groups C and D & Class II Division 1, Groups E, F and G. The EPF-10P.3-220V-SW-KT-30 is also ATEX/IECEx certified for II 2 Gc Ex d IIB T6 Gb. This explosion proof fan delivers high-performance airflow with a 974 overall CFM rating and 786 CFM when fitted with a 15 foot duct and a 90 degree bend. The 1/4 horsepower electric motor runs on standard 220V 50 Hz and for added safety this fan includes a pre-wired explosion proof on/off switch and dual grounding lugs on the steel housing. This explosion proof fan is designed for portability and durability with a light weight compact body constructed of powder coated steel and a non-sparking aluminum blower wheel. This unit includes an 8 inch intake and exhaust flange and a built in automatic reset thermal overload for added protection. EXP Fan Kit: As a complete package, the explosion proof fan comes with a ducting carrier, 30 feet of conductive duct (two 15` ducts), a conductive saddle and a static conductive 90° elbow for saddle vent. The ducts on this fan consist of single-ply polyester reinforced PVC vinyl fabric hose with an external wear strip reinforced with a spring steel wire helix, which makes the ducting lightweight and highly compressible. The retractability of the static conductive duct allows for convenient storage and easy transport in a fraction of its fully extended length and has low friction loss. The wear strip offers external abrasion resistance and is listed as YL 94 V-0 flame retardant. The ambient temperature for the fan ranges from -20° to 180° Fahrenheit. The ducting carrier included in this kit holds up to 50` of duct and provides the operator with an easy way of transporting and storing the 30` of conductive duct. Wiring/Mounting: The EPF-10P.3-220V-SW-KT-30 is equipped with a 25-foot cable terminated in a 6-20P 250V explosion proof cord cap. This unit is capable of standing balanced on flat surfaces. The rubber coated base feet and an integral carry handle provide easy transport and secure placement when placed on a flat surface. |
