This is a fountain pen from the 1980s.
The Montblanc 144 has two main types: the early model with a gold-colored nib and the later model with a gold and silver nib. This is the early model.
There are no cracks, chips, or malfunctions, and there is no engraved name. The condition is good.
The nib width is M (Medium). It's a well-balanced nib width, neither too thick nor too thin.
