The battery condition is also extremely good, diagnosed at 93% using a Mac, so it still has plenty of life left.

As someone who handles multiple iPads for work, I can say that the iPad 9 is incredibly responsive.
There's no lag when playing games or watching videos, and once you get used to the speed of the iPad 9, even the iPad 8, which is considered fast enough, feels slow, not to mention the 6th and 7th generations.
Of course, it has enough specs to comfortably handle tasks like drawing or video editing for work, so if you're looking for comfort and cost-effectiveness, the iPad 9 is the best choice.
You probably won't need to replace it for a while.

The design of the iPad 10 and later models without a home button is a matter of personal preference, so I believe the iPad 9, the last model with a home button, will see increasing demand in the future.
Personally, I find it simpler to use with a home button.
