There are some missing stitches in the stitches of the butt/seat. This appears to be a factory flaw and not caused from excess wear or pulling/stretching of the fabric/stitches. Last pic show how the jeans look from the inside. There’s no hole or gap that goes through the jeans themselves. Could most likely be worn as-is but may wish to add some reinforcement stitches to keep stitches from coming undone
