This is sheet music for Czerny's 50 Etudes with pedaling. Pedal markings are detailed. There are comments on the pedal at key points. Fingering is included. There are a few small stains on the top edge. I didn't find any writing inside. Please forgive any minor oversights. Puig Roget, a renowned music educator and famous for his piano textbooks, wrote the recommendation.

Born in Kyoto in 1923. Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Kyoto Daiichi Girls' High School. Graduated from Tokyo Music School (now Tokyo University of the Arts, Faculty of Music) in 1943. Studied under Motonari Iguchi, Tsuya Toyama, Leonid Kreutzer, and Max Egger. Assistant Professor at Shiga University Faculty of Education, Part-time Lecturer (Piano) at Osaka College of Music. Member of the Kreutzer Society, Chopin Society, Japan Society for Music Education, Japan Federation of Musicians, and All Japan Piano Teachers Association judge. Her book includes "How to Use the Piano Pedal" (Ongaku no Tomo Sha).
