above text is straight from DIOR website. worn every day for a year, the chain started to tarnish near the clasp and hooks (shown in pics) because i would wear to the gym. i contacted customer service and they were no help in replacing the necklace. i no longer wear. otherwise in excellent condition other then the back of chain. i’m not an expert in luxury cleaning but perhaps it could be cleaned. Will ship in box in came in, bag and necklace dust cover, along with paper shown in pics.
