I bought this Chinese wrap round costume for a Chinese New Year celebration last year. As you can see by the labels, I presume it’s been made in a foreign country origin unknown. I am a size 44 chest and it fits me with ease. There is a lot of room left. So in spite of the letter on the label saying S this is definitely not small. You can see from the embroidered emblem on the front the embroidery is visible on the inside as well.
