For cheeks, apply any hue for a healthy-looking glow. Use the top-right shade as a highlighter on the tops of cheekbones and wherever you want to catch the light. Blend multiple colours together to create a new one.
For eyes, apply the deeper tones as shadow or liner. Blend to soften the effect. Add the highlighter to the inner corners of eyes to give them a wide-awake look.
