This is a deck of playing cards from Cartier (Must de Cartier). It's a rather old item. I initially thought it was a promotional item, but it has a price tag sticker on it.
Although unused (unopened), there is a sticky residue where the price tag sticker was removed from the outer box. I don't think this will affect the use of the cards.
Also, the outer box has some scratches from long-term storage.
