Bratz Doll from the early 2000's. Her right arm sticks a little when you move it, but it will stay in position. I am not sure if the cape was part of a Bratz outfit or if it was from another toy. I kept it on her since it looks pretty cool either way. I tried my best to get her hair under control. There are not tangles, but it just won't lay down nicely.
