Bill Blass Vintage Red Wool Long Coat, size 8 (oversized fit), please refer to the measurements. This stunning piece is made entirely of vintage wool, except for the soft satin-striped lining. It features a tailored silhouette with a wide collar and a back leg slit. The photos don’t do justice to the deep cherry red (not an orange red!) slight pull of stitching on left pocket (difficult to see and easily fixed).
Bill Blass, an American designer, infused Golden Age Hollywood’s glamour into his designs. Notably, he was the first American designer to incorporate fabrics traditionally found in menswear, such as pinstripes and houndstooth, into womenswear.
