AO American Optical 23K Gold 57[]20 Bayonet with Original AO Gray Glass

Very rare AO 23K Gold 57 mm frame in Bright Gold! AO vintage frame from the 60’s in very good condition.

This is a vintage frame with what are likely the original glass lenses in very good condition. They have been removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. They rate a 8/10, minor wear. The frames are the original gold pilots sunglasses issued to Navy pilots in the 60/70’s. They have been disassembled, detailed, and cleaned extensively. They are straight and true, with New nose pads and thoroughly cleaned and straightened temple tips. Now the condition is a spectator 9/10. Please use the pictures as a guide to condition, and note that the frames are 5.5” wide. Use that as a sizing guide to make sure these will fit your face. Also, please do not purchase if you want new-these are vintage sunglasses (vintage=old). They are, however, a nice example of the original pilot sunglasses.
