Both books are in used but good condition. There is a spot/stain on both books along the pages opposite the binding in one spot on both books. The bindings are in good condition and the pages have yellowed with age, but from what I can tell have no rips tears or missing pages. The 1st book listed is 4 1/2" W x 6 5/8" L and the 2nd book listed is 5" W x 7 1/4" L.
