Comes complete with the case, manual, disc, pamphlet, and spine card. In excellent shape all around; the case is good except for a small crack on the back top part as shown in the pics. The disc is in excellent shape and boots up with no issues as shown. The manual has some slight creasing or so, as does the pamphlet (bottom left). Otherwise, both are in very good shape, as is the spine card.
Please note this is a Japanese PS1 game and as such will only work on a Japanese PS1 etc unless your US systems can run it. This is a heavily Japanese text and voice-based game, and was a unique project Squaresoft tried, branching out to test other categories of gaming.
