Sterling silver vintage amethyst and cz gemstone ring. The stones are all held in prongs. Center stone is amethyst whereas the outer stones are cz and are round cut. The shank twists along the shoulder then stays solid at the bottom.
Marked as sterling, tested positive for sterling via chemical testing.
